In this playful practice, we'll be making shifts together, starting with my Instant Uplift sequence we'll elevate our individual and collective vibration toward exhilaration!

Wednesdays, 10am at Middle Rogue Farm
Join us for this yummy, well-rounded practice that includes breath, vinyasa (posture flow) and deepening into holding some postures. Enjoy fine tuning your awareness and coming into optimal alignment, unveiling your strength, energy and resiliency. Balance your emotions and reduce stress, rejuvenating your whole being, while connecting you with your inner wisdom and joy! All levels welcome. No specific level of experience, flexibility or strength is needed. Bring your yoga mat, a blanket and a re-usable water bottle. Wear layers for your comfort as our practice heats up & cools down.
Radiant River will also be sharing an essential oil at the end of class each week that resonates with the theme for our practice that day if you desire the added blessings of an optional aromatherapy element to your morning self care.
